BARRIO NORTE VS. LOS ONCE Expte. 103.- Por Mesa de Entradas de la Liga del Oeste ingreso una nota firmada por la Presidente del Club Atlético Barrio Norte con fecha 16 de mayo del corriente año.

En la referida nota hacen una apreciación subjetiva de la actuación del árbitro que dirigió el partido entre los clubes Club Atlético Barrio Norte contra el Club Los Once de Colonia Seré, en el cuál fue expulsado un jugador de CABN.

En la referida nota no se acompañan elementos probatorios que den sustento a lo manifestado en la misiva, motivo por el cuál no hay elementos nuevos que ameriten que éste Tribunal, se aparte de la sanción aplicada al jugador de dicha institución oportunamente.

Con respecto a la queja por la sanción de 10 partidos impuesta a un jugador del referido Club, se hace saber al mismo que éste Tribunal no tiene facultades para modificar o aplicar sanciones distintas a las previstas por el Reglamento de Transgresiones emitido por el Consejo Federal, dependiente de AFA.

Por los argumentos citados, procédase a archivar la nota presentada por CABN.

ALBIRROJITOS VS. ARGENTINO.- La Mesa Directiva de la Liga del Oeste eleva a este Tribunal, que la Terna Arbitral designada para dirigir los Partidos de Los Albirrojitos vs. Argentino por la Sexta Fecha del Torneo Apertura de Divisiones Inferiores, llego 10 minutos tarde, y olvidaron el silbato, debiéndoselo prestar el Cuerpo Técnico del Club Atlético Rivadavia, ante esta situación este Tribunal RESUELVE: Aplicar 15 días de suspensión a la Terna Arbitral conformada por: Navarro Santiago – Bustos Franco – Monzón Maximiliano, art. 276 del RTP, asimismo se los  pone en conocimiento que en lo sucesivo deben tomar los recaudos pertinentes para concurrir a dirigir los partidos con los elementos indispensables para cumplir su función, caso contrario se aplicaran sanciones mayores.-
